Also they didn’t have foam pillows for people who have feather allergies-was told at the front desk that I should have brought my own pillow. The free coffee in lobby never had any regular coffee in it, so not having a coffee maker in the room AND it not being available in the lobby wasn’t great. If you like the normal traditional hotel room that has a good bed, coffee maker in the room, a clock, closet, dresser, etc, you’ll be disappointed.
Super small room-if you’re a “I just need a bed for a night” type of person, you might be ok. Our 1st time staying in a Tru by Hilton hotel and we weren’t impressed.
